SHIPPING POLICY
 
Turnaround 
All orders will be fulfilled within 2 business days of the order being placed.
 
Next Day Air (NDA) and 2 to 3-Day Priority will be shipped the same business day your order is placed (Monday-Friday) if the order is placed before 12:00 pm EST
 
 
Carriers
We use UPS and United States Postal Service (USPS) to ship our orders.
 
 
Order Tracking
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.  
 
Orders shipped via USPS cannot be tracked, and there is no guarantee of delivery time.
 
 
Shipping Rates
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and the destination. Before payment is required, you will be shown the cost of shipping for your order, and you will have the opportunity to cancel your order before your final checkout.
 
Transit times vary by type of shipping.  Our fulfillment house is based in Fayetteville, AR.
 
 
Backorders
For domestic orders, if an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock and send you an e-mail informing you of what is on backorder and an estimated delivery date. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.  Your packing slip will indicate which items are on backorder.  For international orders, the entire order will be held until all items are in stock.  You will receive an e-mail notifying you of the status of your order.
