Opening Wild at Heart General Employment Statement:

Wild at Heart believes that Christianity was intended to be a love story for all ages, set in the midst of a fierce battle. As Jesus said, “The thief comes only to steal, kill and destroy; I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full.” (John 10:10) We believe this message has been lost and shrouded by “religion.”

We are committed to helping others rediscover the beauty and power of the Gospel. The message of the Gospel was meant to set men and women free to live from their hearts as God’s intimate allies. As St. Irenaeus said, “The glory of God is man fully alive.” Wild at Heart exists to help men and women be restored and come fully alive as the image-bearers of a breathtaking God.

Wild at Heart is located in Colorado Springs, but our reach is global. Our primary mission is to offer this message through media resources and events.

Wild at Heart is a beautiful and awful place to work. Yes, there are some dimensions that make it a difficult environment: The spiritual warfare we endure is not your ordinary level of assault. The only way a person can thrive in this dynamic environment is if they are genuinely called by God to be a part of it and properly gifted and skilled to walk well in their particular role.

The beauty of working for Wild at Heart is to join in the aforementioned fight—help restore men and women to their original design. And we are very interested in those who want to partner with us in this Kingdom work. Typically, we do not have positions open frequently. We will, however, keep applications on file and contact applicants if we are interested and have an opening. Read more about this process below.

Before applying for any open position at Wild at Heart, we ask that you commit your consideration to prayer for several days.

As you are prayerfully considering, please keep in mind these three areas that we use for discernment in the hiring process: gifts, experience, and desire. To better facilitate your own discernment process, you may bring to the Lord these types of questions:

What gifts do I have that would benefit Wild at Heart?
What experiences have I had that would enrich Wild at Heart?
How does my desire & direction align with the mission of Wild at Heart?

If you find that these three areas in your life align with the needs and mission of Wild at Heart, feel free to send us an application.

We are a large ministry in terms of impact and our desire to see lives forever transformed by the power of Jesus Christ, but we are actually a small ministry in terms of numbers of employees.

In truth, we rarely have any open positions. If you desire, you may forward your resume to us as an attachment to called@wildatheart.org; we will keep it on file in case we have an opening that fits your interests and abilities. However, please understand we are unable to offer you a personal reply after your submission.
